FIRST TIME CLIENT INFO
Kayla is not taking new clients at this time. Please check back in March 2025
~A NOTE FROM THE OWNER - KAYLA SCHETTER (7/7/2024)~
"Most everyone who wants to start Pilates is curious about what it is and if it is right for them.
Pilates is a series of exercises designed for functional movement. It can prevent injuries, aid in recovery and pain management, be a source of rehab for post surgeries, and even boost your mental health.
Pilates can be performed on a mat or on special machines designed by Joseph Pilates himself. Some of the machines you will see in our studio are reformers, chairs, towers, arcs, ladder barrel, and the cadillac/trap table. It is all meant to offer feedback, resistance, assistance, or counter-pull.
Pilates is meant to be practiced with slow and controlled movements facilitated with breathing.
Some clients have expressed feeling stronger, more flexible, happier, taller, experienced less low back pain, slept better, and one client even expressed
“she left last Summer (2023) feeling the most fit she has even felt in her entire life!”
and came back for round two this Summer (2024)!
Every person is going to have a difference experience with Pilates and how it benefits them specifically. It will probably not result in major weight loss – but the benefits you feel will often steer your fitness and wellness goals in other ways.
If you are a new client wishing to get in our doors, our classes, and experience if for yourself, this is your starting point!"

If it is for a private group such as a sports team/work event/colleagues/girls night out/or a group of friends trying Pilates together - give us specific days and times that work for all involved before reaching out to the studio.
