Private Sessions Description
Core Connection Pilates is unique in that it specializes in One-On-One Sessions. It is where Personal Training meets Pilates! Each session is prepared with the client in-mind, providing only the best and most necessary exercises to meet their needs. This truly is a service you can't get anywhere else!
Most clients come 1-2 times a week in personal trainings and add 1-2 classes a week. If the client chooses not to do a package, they are welcome to drop-in on a week to week basis (if availability allows.)
Single Session: $60
4 Sessions for $220
8 Sessions for $400
