Mat 1 and Mat 2.

focuses on functional alignment, better movement patterns and works to correct muscles imbalances through strength-based exercises. This class will integrate the 9 Pilates principles including breath, concentration and control to meet the needs of any fitness level.

Reformer 1.

is an apparatus that has a moving carriage, foot/arm straps, and uses springs for resistance. The Mat work can be applied to the reformer for added challenges and additional support. 

Private Sessions 

One - on - One is recommended for new clients or those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or those with specific goals. These sessions will be designed specifically for you while staying true to the Pilates form. Greater focus on posture, alignment, range-of motion and core stability will be addressed. Mat and Reformer can both be used in sessions.
$45 - 1 hour
*Payment must be received 24 hours prior to session

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-Privates allow for 2 students to train together. You choose to sign-up with a friend or opt to be put with another client who has similar needs. This allows for more flexibility in your schedule if you can't meet the weekly scheduled classes.Only Mat is available for Semi-Private

What to wear...
​Clothes that allows for full range of motion. Comfort is most important. (Try to avoid baggy articles of clothing.) Barefeet or socks.
