Perhaps you are new to Pilates, new to our studio, or crave a new experience. This class is designed for anyone and everyone who wants to get a full experience of the Pilates practice. This series will include ALL the equipment! Tower, Chair, Reformer, Arc, Mat and more! It will be designed to challenge your proprioception, your balance, your strength, and your endurance.
