All Levels Vinyasa Class

In this yoga class, we will slowly warm the body and move into postures and sequencing of poses through connection of breath with our movement. Our yoga practice will offer us balance both physically and mentally. The class is suitable for all levels and the student is encouraged to practice at their own pace. The instructor will cue options to add or modify throughout class.
