Due to the "Safer at Home" Order, we are implementing online LIVE classes in place of our normal Mat schedule.
All LIVE classes are 30 minutes long. They are meant to simulate an in-studio class. Meaning you can interact with the teacher and other students.
All classes are private and once you sign-up, passwords will be sent to you to sign-in. If you don't receive the link, please text 920-889-0843
The LIVE CLASSES follow our normal Mat class schedule:
Monday/Wednesday 6:30PM
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30PM
Sunday 10:30AM
