It is a strength building/conditioning fitness training program. Designed to build smart, toned, coordinated muscles in a safe, fun way. The practice contributes to a high level of proprioceptive learning through body weight exercises. The class includes a warm-up, foundation training, acrobatic skills, strength and flexibility. Beginners welcome/no experience necessary.
