Monday| 7AM-7:50AM "Pilates Mat”
This class is a slower paced class to wake-up and get the body moving first thing in the morning. Emphasis is placed on stretching principles, beginner Mat exercises, and movement principles. It is an excellent class for all bodies to explore movement, work through all the muscle groups for the sake of conditioning, active-recovery, and mobility. |
Sunday | 10:35 - 11:25AM
"Open Level Pilates Mat" This class is designed for all ages and abilities. Class will work around the limitations of those attending the series. This is a great class to gain insight, work more specifically on your body’s needs, and offer requests or suggestions to what each week brings. Class will be built on those attending. No experience necessary, beginners welcome. |
Monday | 6:30 - 7:20PM
"Advanced Level Pilates Mat with Small Equipment" This class is designed for strong, healthy, able-bodied individuals. Class will move at a faster pace with minimal breaks, and limited modifications offered. Small props will be included. Students are expected to be able to pick-up fast cueing, keep up with the rhythm of the class, and already know placement, breathing patterns, and movement sequences. Online and in studio access. |
