MELT METHOD Description:
The MELT Method™ is a self-care method used to calm the mind, improve performance, and help eliminate the stress that accumulates due to daily life before causing persistent pain and dysfunctions.
With MELT, you will experience immediate changes in how your body feels as you learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active and healthy.
The method uses soft body rollers and MELT Hand and Foot Balls. During class, you’ll learn how to relieve aches and pains brought on by stuck stress caused by aging and active living. Learn to take home movements that may reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, and keep your whole body working better. To learn more visit meltmethod.com.
