This class is designed for strong, healthy, able-bodied individuals. Class will move at a faster pace with minimal breaks, and limited modifications offered. Small props will be included. Students are expected to be able to pick-up fast cueing, keep up with the rhythm of the class, and already know placement, breathing patterns, and movement sequences.
