Online LIVE Classes and DATABASE
Due to the "Safer at Home" Order, we are continuing to implement online LIVE classes in correspondence to our normal Mat schedule. This is a one time fee for 30 day UNLIMITED LIVE classes and access to the database. The database is accessed through our website by creating a login. It is a compilation of all the classes that can be viewed and taken at your own time.
Classes are 60 minutes long. They are meant to simulate an in-studio class. Meaning you can interact with the teacher and other students.
All classes links are private and once you sign-up, passwords will be sent directly to you to sign-in.
The LIVE CLASSES follow our normal Mat class schedule:
Monday/Wednesday 6:30PM
Sunday 10:30AM
