A Tower Series | “Twisted Tower”
 Fridays | 12:10PM – 1PM | $99
April  (5, 12, 19, 26)
We will be twisting, rotating, and revolving around the tower!  This is a small group class that will keep moving with little to no breaks. We will start with a “Barre” style warm-up, advance into full body sequencing, and finish with a gentle stretch.
